Transaction Data: Details of bids placed, accepted, and completed, including "Pickup Pass" QR code logs.

Media: Images uploaded by Buyers (product requests) or Sellers (bid responses/sketches).

Business Data: For Sellers, we collect PAN, GSTIN, and shop location details for KYC and regulatory compliance.

2. How We Use Your Information

Real-Time Matching: To broadcast Buyer requests to nearby Sellers within a specific radius.

Safety & Moderation: We use proprietary AI-driven analysis to scan communications for prohibited content and to protect users from fraud.

Wallet & Payments: To facilitate commission deductions and wallet top-ups via our payment partner, Razorpay.

Service Improvement: Anonymized search trends are analyzed to improve our "Smart Product Classification" and market demand maps.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

With Other Users: We share minimal necessary data (e.g., a Buyer’s request details with nearby Sellers; a Seller’s shop name and bid with the Buyer) to facilitate the auction.

With Other Users: We do NOT share users' email/phone with the sellers listed on the platform.

Service Providers: We share data with trusted partners like Firebase (cloud hosting) and Razorpay (payment processing).

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including role-based access control (RBAC) and encrypted data transmission. Your PII (Personally Identifiable Information) is protected by automated filters to prevent accidental leaks in the chat interface.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services. Users may request:
